If the week flew by far too quickly, I don’t know how to describe how quick the weekend seemed to fly by! Here we are, Monday again, and the “podcast on a Monday night” seems to be turning in to a habit. Here’s the running order for podcast #8:

00:00 - Intro
00:45 - Movie talk: Flightplan
03:45 - Josh being sick (and how!)
08:00 - Podcast feedback
09:45 - An email from Jan Polet!
11:30 - Movie talk: A History Of Violence
13:15 - Broken plate
14:15 - Rant: Loud music at concerts
15:15 - Work talk (Zzzzz)
16:15 - Hit Test/Music Quiz answers
20:00 - TV talk: The Apprentice, Survivor, Lost, Prison Break etc
23:30 - Wrapup and closing
24:14 - DONE! :-)

People who subscribe to my podcast through iTunes can see the running order by clicking on the little i icon next to the show title/description thing - isn’t that clever?!

Once again, the week flew by.. nothing changes eh.. Here’s a running order for podcast #7 with some show ommissions afterwards:

00:00 - Intro, the story behind Bergerac
03:00 - How I put a podcast together
03:45 - Hit Test/Music Quiz intro
05:45 - Tangent: Ordering pizza
06:30 - Hit Test/Music Quiz #2
08:45 - Horoscope + VON musings
09:45 - Laundry weirdness!
11:15 - My World podcasts now on iTunes :-)
12:45 - TV stuff: Apprentice, Survivor, Prison Break
14:45 - Shit binoculars
16:45 - Wrapup and closing
17:29 - DONE! :-)

Bits that came to me after recording:
1. The word is rehabilitation, fuck knows why I had a brain fart when it came to that word in the show.
2. I never did play more of the Bergerac theme tune for Laura.
3. I forgot to mention that John Nettles (the guy who played Jim Bergerac) had a daughter, and she married my old boss (that always impressed Laura I think, the fact that my boss was married to John Nettles’ daughter?)

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s my proud pleasure to inform you that the My World podcasts that you have been enjoying so much are now available through the podcasts section of the Apple iTunes Music Store!

This means you don’t have to check back here every 5 minutes, hungry for your next dose of Brit boy cheekyness - you can just subscribe to the podcast in iTunes and as soon as a new podcast is published, it’ll be downloaded merrily to your machine so you can listen to it or sync it to your iPod if that’s what floats your boat!

To subscribe, go to iTunes, go to Podcasts, then go to the podcast directory. Search for My World and you should find it, no problems! As always, feedback appreciated, either here (via comments posted to the relevant podcast blog entry) or via email to the address given in the show.
